Talan accelerates its international growth and acquires onepoint Luxembourg PSF

Talan announces the acquisition of onepoint Luxembourg PSF, a company specialising in digital transformation, and becomes a key player in Luxembourg.

Talan announces the acquisition of onepoint Luxembourg PSF, a company specialised in the transformation of large companies. This acquisition will enable Talan to significantly strengthen its presence in Luxembourg, expand its business in Switzerland and soon in Belgium.

Thanks to the expertise of nearly 150 employees and the contribution of the offers and know-how of the 3,000 employees of the Talan group worldwide, customers in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Belgium will be able to benefit from the best solutions for their transformation challenges, from strategic advice to delivery.

 “The acquisition of onepoint Luxembourg PSF is part of our Ambition 2024 plan in which we expect significant international development. onepoint Luxembourg PSF has high-level expertise that is complementary to that of Talan,” says Mikael Thépaut, Talan Managing Director in charge of international affairs.
