TALAN AND MICROSOFT: YOUR LARGE-SCALE PROJECT PARTNER
Our client is a passenger transport group. We set up a new automatic taxi routing service based on passenger flows in stations where we used a supply-demand calculation to optimise waiting times before pick-up and taxi routing via a dedicated display. The teams at Talan analysed and implemented the Azure IoT and Data Platform architecture connected to physical sensors at the stations. Through agile development, the MVP was delivered in 10 2-week sprints.
AUTOMATION & MARKET ANALYSIS
Our client is an international brewing group. The teams at Talan carried out a feasibility study for the strategic marketing department on the market share calculation process. The aim of the project was to automate the compilation of internal and external data (market and opendata) and improve access to data and responsiveness to forecasts.
BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING
Our client is an international real-estate group. The teams at Talan created predictive maintenance and operational assistance models for shopping centres (optimising energy consumption, detecting suspicious behaviour, anticipating congestion areas, flow visualisation) and management of shopper "well-being" (correlation of weather data, temperature, air quality, brightness, shopping duration, outside events, etc.). IOT & AI: CAR DATA MANAGEMENT
Our client is a French car manufacturer. The teams at Talan carried outa project on predictive maintenance and eco-driving using connected vehicles. The project was developed using Microsoft Azure to host and analyse data collected from a fleet of connected vehicles equipped with sensors (IoT). Results: data processed using Machine Learning and a study of new use cases.
OPTIMISATION OF LOAN GRANTING PROCESSES
Our client is a public bank. Talan was selected to optimise the loan granting process by applying predictive models through machine learning. Results: clear, actionable data made available and reduced costs and processing lead times (from 24 hours to 20 minutes per file).
Our client is an international public transport group. The teams at Talan were selected to implement the first complete MS Azure, Cloud Native & Big Data Cloud Platform. Thanks to the use of a DevSecOps approach, the aim of the project was to create a Single User Repository in full compliance with GDPR and to develop a multitude of Use Cases to improve the cross-channel user experience.
Our client is a global leader in airport design, construction and operations. Their aim was to improve passenger and taxi satisfaction levels by predicting the waiting time for each user in the terminals and improve the profitability of its car parks through marketing optimisation. The teams at Talan were selected to set up a Real Time Cloud Data Platform (RTCDP) - 100% Cloud Native (Azure) to centralise all data from the group's IT system sensors and external data.
